Double room in 2 bed garden flat

I have a double room in a two bed garden flat available from end of May/start of June. Rent is £800 a month + bills.

About the room: Comes furnished with a double divan bed, wardrobe, 2 shelving units and desk. It has plenty of storage and lots of natural light from the French doors that lead out into the garden.

Location: The flat is a two bed ground floor maisonette with a garden on Southfield Road, 5 min walk to South Park and 5 min walk to Cowley Road - the area is lovely! Quieter than the the city center but super accessible, with two bus stops 5 mins from the house.

Looking for: PhD student or young professional who is tidy and respectful of the flat. I love a good chat but also respect personal space and privacy (I need my own too!). No pets unfortunately. I also hope you like plants because I’m currently caring for 1 million of them lol.

About me: I work from home Monday - Friday for a charity that works to reduce violence against children in the global south. I absolutely love to cook and when I’m not reading you’ll find me at an art exhibition or out for a ride 🏍️
