We are looking for a new female housemate from 2nd September 2024, to replace one of our housemates who is moving out. It's the front upstairs room, and it's lovely and spacious with lots of natural light.
The room includes:

Bills - ~£120
We have a large communal kitchen with a dining table, a lounge, two shared bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet. There is also a large back garden that is gorgeous in the summer!☀️☀️
We have BT broadband and central heating which warms the house up quickly in the winter. The house is just off Iffley Road and close to bus stops and about a 15 minute walk to Cowley Road. Our road itself backs onto a nature reserve and has super easy access to the river!
You will be living with 4 other women, all professionals, but if you’re a student, please feel free to enquire. We’re a quiet house, but we do have movie nights and dinners together every so often.
