A beautiful double bedroom is available in June in a gorgeous flat near Templars Square. The room comes fully furnished and contains ample storage. The flat is on the ground floor and features an open plan, dining-kitchen-living room layout with French doors that connect the living room to a patio/garden with a cute picnic table and a bbq.

The current housemate is leaving to move abroad so the room will be available from the middle of June, as for me I am a professional who works as a scientist for a company in Oxford, I have been here for over 2 years now and I really enjoy the place. The flat is very homey and cosy and has a lovely open brick wall feature and lots of useful amenities and storage (individual fridges!). I am an outgoing, friendly, sociable person who enjoys cooking and lots of baking, so be prepared to eat lots of baked goods. I am a fairly tidy person so I'm looking for someone who is also not too messy and likes to keep things tidy.

This place is ideal for professionals as it's a short walk to the Business Park and a 15 min bike ride to Littlemore/Headington if you work in either of those locations. Also with great bus links as there is a bus stop right outside the house that has regular buses to the City centre and railway station as well as buses to Headington and Littlemore.

Near to the flat is the Templars Square shopping complex which has a Sainsburys, Lidl and other useful shops like TkMax and Poundland, as well as a Pure Gym. The flat also comes with a bike shed and there is a road nearby for parking.

Bills are not included but Gas+Electric come to around £60 in summer and £75 in winter, the property is a Band C for council tax and water is £20 each per month.
