Hi, I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy in the house I am currently living - the tenancy in until the begging of August but if you’re looking for a longer let it was agreed that you will be able to continue living here.
The room itself is a bright, small double, fully furnished with a big wardrobe and lots of under bed storage. It’s on the first floor and gets a lot of sun in the mornings.
The house has two bathrooms on both floors, a big kitchen and a lounge. There is a garden, a secure place to store your bike and a parking space that is currently available. All bills are included in the rent and everything is fully furnished.
The housemates are quiet and respectful, all working professionals.
The house is located next to Florence Park and approximately 7 minutes away from Templar’s Square. It takes around 8 minutes to get to the bus stops that will take you to the city centre and the train station.
