The room will definitely be available from the week starting the 10/06/24. There may be room for flexibility so please let me know if this timeline works for you.

Description:
We are a fun, sociable group of 6 young professionals living just off Cowley Road. At the moment we are 3 girls and 3 guys. We’re all quite active, we love group cooking, playing board games, socialising, drinks, and watching movies together. We’ve even gone on house trips to various places including Denmark, Ireland, and round the UK!!

The location is ideal:
We live just 10 minutes’ walk from Cowley Road’s many shops and restaurants.
- 15 minutes’ walk to Temple Cowley.
- 20 minutes’ walk to the Oxford Business Park.
- There is a bus stop at the bottom of our street which will take you directly to Oxford City Centre and the train station.
- If you cycle, it’s an 8 minute ride to the centre.

What we’re looking for:
Our ideal housemate is outgoing, friendly, and keen to join in and socialise in the evenings/weekends. As we're all good friends, we are looking for someone who is interested in joining the group. For this reason we are not accepting short-term lets – 6 months minimum. We would prefer applicants to be girls aged 24 or above in order to maintain the current balance within the house.

About the house:
- 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 showers and a bath).
- Large communal kitchen / living area
- Rent and bills included (WiFi, electricity, gas, water, internet, TV license)
- Garden with space for bikes
- Good landlady who is very responsive
- We each contribute an extra £20 a month to the house kitty which covers shared consumable (bin bags, kitchen oil, tin foil etc.) plus a cleaner once a week

The house is a fully registered House in Multiple Occupation with Oxford City Council and is regularly inspected.

About the room:
- £760 per month for a double room with all bills included
- This double room is on the top floor at the front of the house with the bathroom next door
- Fully furnished with desk/chair for homeworking
- 5 weeks rent due as deposit
