I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from June. It is a very nice and modern studio located on Cowley OX4 1UT. The accommodation has everything a student needs to be happy (e. g. gym, yoga studio, study room, cinema room, gaming room, 2 outdoor terraces, a community kitchen for groups of friends, a lounge, etc.) It costs £365/week but it is absolutely worth it. I would need someone to be interested in staying there until august 24th.
