Two beautiful big rooms up for grabs

Hi guys

Two of us are moving due to Job relocation and would love to put up our rooms for grabs. The house is huge, with a large kitchen and living area. There’s 2 toilets and one bath/shower. All the rooms are furnished with new bed mattresses changed a few months ago. The rent is equally divided and rooms are equally sized too. The bills (including wifi, gas, elec, council tax, water) come up to £100/£130 depending on the winter/summer period.

Current contract is up to September and you would be replacing us. The great part of this house is the tenancy agreement has a breakout clause. So if you need to move, you can do so by bringing in a replacement.

The house is super chill and everyone is social and loves hanging out by the kitchen while lunch/dinner etc!

The house gets ample of daylight and the neighbours are lovely.
This house comes in neighbourhood watch and hence the sense of security is very high.

I have lived for 2 years in this house. And have no complaints.
