Double room in friendly houseshare!

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join our 5 person sociable houseshare just off Cowley Road.

About the house:-
The bedroom comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The communal space consists of a big living room where we hang out a lot - there's loads of space to sit and chat or watch TV and there's also a study area with a desk. The kitchen is well-equipped (including an all important dishwasher!) and has a big dining table, plus a separate utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer etc. You will be sharing a toilet and a bathroom with only two others. There's also a garden with an outdoor table and chairs perfect for BBQs!

About the housemates:-
You would be sharing with two guys and two girls in their late 20s. There's a range of professions and hobbies so there's always heaps to chat about! There's also potential to get involved with an allotment plot down by Port Meadow.

Location:-
The house is a three storey new-build just off Cowley Road. It's a 10 minute cycle/25 minute walk to Oxford city centre, or about 10 minutes’ walk to the many great shops, restaurants and bars on Cowley Road.

Bills:-
Rent is £520 per month, plus bills. Council tax, gas/electric, water and internet comes to around £150 a month. The house is let by the landlords who are really good at sorting any issues quickly.
