En-suite in Cowley for Short Lease

I am looking for someone to take my En-suite in my flat/house while I am away for Easter! This would be for 6 weeks, from 19 March to 30 April. You can rent for less if needed.

The room is spacious, about 300 square feet, has a double bed, and a bathroom inside. It is located on the second floor, with excellent natural lighting throughout the day. It has a desk, a comfy chair, a wardrobe, and a cupboard. You can see the beautiful sunset from the room too!

There are two shared kitchens, three fridges, and two washing machines on the ground floor. Cooking wares available for cooking. So you just have to bring your luggage, and it's all set!

We keep the flat clean and have regular clean-ups (usually on the weekend).

We are happy to have anyone join us, you do not need to join in the socialising in the house if you don't want to, but you are very welcome to!

Price-wise, the room is £800/month, with all bills (gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, band E) included.

The location is very close to the Tesco and Sainsbury on Cowley Road, with great links to Oxford centre and neighbouring towns. Postcode is OX4 1SQ.
