I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a warm, friendly house share in Cowley, next to lots of good places to eat and 5 minutes away from Tesco!

The room is fully furnished and available from 1st February 2026 until 30th July 2026.

The house is clean, cozy, and well-kept, with a spacious living room (TV included), a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms (one recently renovated)! Shared areas are professionally cleaned every other week, which keeps things fresh and easy to maintain.

💸 Rent: £870/month - all bills, council tax, and cleaning included, so no hidden costs!

👩‍🔬 Housemates:

You’ll be joining a friendly group of five housemates, 4 graduate students and 1 young professional .who are tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. It’s a sociable but calm household, perfect for someone who values both company and quiet.

📍 Location:

Right in the heart of Cowley, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and pubs, and just 5 minutes from Tesco. It’s about a 10-minute bus ride to central Oxford, with frequent connections nearby.
