Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a furnished double room in a 4‑bed shared house in Temple Cowley, Oxford. Rent is £638 pcm (bills non-inclusive), and the contract runs until 28/08/2026 with move‑in as soon as possible subject to landlord vetting.

The room has a double-bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, and one large & one small chest of drawers. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and garden, and you’d be living with 2 current students and 1 young professional, all female. House is 15 minutes by bus to city centre, and 30 minutes to Brookes campus.

This is a tenancy takeover of my existing contract, so you’d be fully replacing me on the agreement subject to landlord referencing and approval. The landlord is aware and happy for me to find a replacement, as long as you pass their checks.
