Double Room in social professional house in Cowley

We’ve got a lovely room available in our fun, relaxed young professional house from 1st March 2026 🎉

The Room
A spacious first-floor room with its own balcony, double bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. I’ve loved living here for the past 4 years!

Rent is £810 per month (all bills included). The deposit is 5 weeks’ rent, and there’s a £50 replacement fee when moving out.

The House
We’re just off Cowley Road, with loads of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. It’s about a 30-minute walk or 5–10 minute cycle into Oxford city centre.

All bills are covered by the landlord (including a bi-weekly cleaner!), and WiFi is around 50mb/s — great for WFH. We’ve got a spacious, homely living area, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two bathrooms (+ extra downstairs loo), and a nice garden for summer hangs. There are also two parking spots/permits available on a first come, first served basis.

About Us
We’re a friendly, sociable bunch of young professionals who enjoy the occasional drinks night or series binge, but also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone clean, tidy and up for being part of a relaxed, social house.
