I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for my single room at James Mellon Hall in Cowley.
Dates: Move in any time (and price doesn't change), lease ends September 13.
Rent: £640 a month, paid in a lump sum of £3850 at the beginning of Trinity Term (so the £640 figure is the average price from March 13 - September 13).
Details: Single room, private bathroom, single bed, shared kitchen, laundry services on site.
Perks: 5 minute walk from Iffley road gym, and I am happy to pass along my bicycle, all my kitchenware (pots, pans, silverware), blender, electric kettle, and various other essentials for the room.
Tenant must be willing to sign the lease with the university and MUST be an Oxford Student (not a visiting student).
