Nice room available in St Clements from May

Hello everyone!

From the beginning of May, a nice room will be available in a perfect location near the centre of Oxford. The house is shared with 4 other people and offers very spacious and cosy common areas and 2 bathrooms. It’s located in the St Clements area, with a bus stop right in front of the house, grocery stores just 5 minutes away on foot, and a great selection of restaurants along Cowley Road.

The city centre is only a 10–15 minute walk away. It’s a very quiet yet convenient area to live in. The best part? My housemates! They’ve truly been amazing over the past 6 months. We often spend time together, and everyone is clean and respectful of the shared spaces.

The rent is £640 per month, excluding bills (which are relatively low). We are looking for a working professional.
