Small double available in friendly house share!

We are looking for a housemate to join our 6-bedroom house near the Cowley Road!

The room is available from the end of June. It’s on the top floor of the house and comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet and large wardrobe with drawers and a full length mirror. The bookcase is not included. There’s lots of storage space under the bed. The bathroom is shared with the two other housemates on the top floor. I’ve been living in the room for 2.5 years and am moving to a different room in the house as one of the other housemates is moving out of Oxford.

The rent is £570 per month, which includes water, council tax and WiFi. Additional bills for gas and electricity are approx. £25–£35 per month depending on the season.

The house is in a great location, just a few minutes from a bus stop with regular buses into town and a 10 minute walk from the heart of Cowley Road.

You would be living with 5 working professionals (all female) aged 24-27. We enjoy spending time together (eg movie nights, walks after work or just chatting while cooking dinner) but are also respectful of each other’s space. We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy, and who would want to be our friend as well as our housemate.
