Cozy room in a 3br house near South Park

We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a cozy room with a balcony in a 3br house over 3 floors. There is a garage for storage, a spacious living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and a balcony and is located on the first floor.

We are looking for a quiet and respectful flatmate—we very occasionally hold dinners and invite some friends, but generally the living room will be used as a quiet space. The current flatmates are all students; non-students are welcome but will be responsible for paying the (discounted) council tax Band C on the property.

There is fast and reliable fibre Wi-Fi in the property.

Bills are not included and are paid separately, split four ways.
