Victorian house in Stratford Street, by the University Sports Ground, 10 mins' walk from Magdalen Bridge. The house is refurbished, comfortable and well-equipped. We have most mod cons including an excellent, fast wireless broadband connection (fibre-optic cable), washing machine, dryer, cooker, gas central heating and bathroom with good shower. The room available is very large, newly-decorated and light (c. 15'x13'). It's white-painted with two large windows, wooden bed & good quality orthopaedic mattress, desk, chest of drawers, double wardrobe etc. Secure parking for bikes in front garden and permit parking available on street. Non-smoker only please.

We're looking for a postgraduate / doctorate student to share the house, who'd like to live somewhere clean, civilised and companionable. The monthly rental is £780, which includes all applicable bills except fuel (gas and electricity) which works out c.£30-40 per person per month. The rental figure includes regular professional house cleans (once/ twice monthly). The room's available from 1 June 2026, until the following September (2027) or longer.
