Double bedroom in a flat

Hi there! I am looking for a tidy flatmate. This is a bright and spacious 2bedrooms flat. It is located very close to shops and ~20min far from the city centre by bus/bike. It is strategically located close to the vibrant Cowley road, the Science Park, British gas, BMW and Temple Cowley shopping centres and close to the ring road as well.
There are bus stops with bus service running all day & night. There is off street parking available.
There is also a bike shed. Bills include broadband.
We are a couple and my girlfriend works in Italy and she will be most of the time off there. I am a professional working Mon-Friday office time. We are considerate of the others and respectful of shared areas.
We are relaxed and easy going, I have at least one night per week off to play with my band and sometime I travel during the week ends as well.

I consider also short lettings and I have some flexibility to the end of the rent too e. g. 4 /6 months could be fine.
