We have a lovely home in Cumnor which is a village just outside the city centre.. we have the best of both worlds as we are only minutes away from the city centre but near countryside for gorgeous walks. and visiting country pubs. We have a small boutique style very cosy annexe with double bed. Fully self contained with ensuite bathroom and own kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. We have a quirky home with dogs and a cat who are all friendly. We are professional teachers. If you take the annexe you will also have access to our 'Garden Room' which is an outdoor living space to relax and watch tv or listen to music. We appreciate during these difficult times people want to be socially distant so any agreement will give you that opportunity to be more secluded whilst also not feeling cut off. This space would suit someone who perhaps wants a home away from home, perhaps someone studying from abroad or a professional person or couple. We have our own lives but we enjoy having sociable times, movie nights and good discussions. If two are sharing the studio the price would be £1250 with wifi and bills included with deposit of £1500 and single occupancy is £950 . Laundry facilities are available for an additional cost if needed.
