We are Looking to find someone to rent our spare room. The room is fully furnished with the following:

- Juliet Balcony
- A double bed with under bed storage
- Two bedside tables
- Large double chest of drawers
- Clothes rail
- 49’’ wall mounted tv with skyQ

The room has a large private bathroom for you this has an over bath shower, You will also have access to very fast fibre optic broadband, along with all the above you have your own private fridge-freezer, if you require extra storage we have a garage that you could use if you would like to.

The house is close to Milton park, Harwell campus and Didcot parkway which gives you direct train to London. There is a convenience store approx 200 yards away and Asda supermarket is less than a five minute walk.

We have a very friendly, well behaved two year old French bulldog so would be great to find someone who loves dogs too!

If you need anything else please just ask and it can be discussed. If you are looking to find a Monday to Friday let then the monthly costs are negotiable.
