Room is not very spacious but, will suit a proffessional mature person. There is no space available to put a computer desk, but clients are welcome to work downstairs in the living room.
lodgers will have access to other shared places in the property, like kitchen, and living room space which is shared with another lodger.
beautiful decking garden to chill out .PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE, SMOKING IS TOTALLY PROHIBITTED AT THE PROPERTY, AND I WAN TTHE CLIENT TO RESPECT THAT.
I reserve the right to ask you to vacate my property if you broke the non smoking rules immediately.

House Rules...

I kindly ask that guess do clean up after themselves, especially the shared area, kitchen, bathroom and the living room..
cleanliness is a must at the property, especially during the Covid period.
The property is shared between the landlord and another lodger.
