THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and includes a large kitchen/diner with two cooking stations, breakfast bar and living area with a dining table and TV. You will have use of a microwave, fridge freezers and all crockery and cooking equipment are provided. There is also a separate laundry room upstairs where you will have free access to the washing machines and dryers. The communal areas are also cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is a back garden and secure bicycle storage too! Parking available on the driveway.

THE ROOM 🛌
The room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, an armchair, a desk and chair and a double bed with a bedside table. There are stunning french doors with access to the garden. You will also have a brand new private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
