Spacious double room available Monday to Friday in new build property located in Brunel raise Great Western Park at £125 per week (happy for you to arrive after 6.00pm on Sunday Evening can be flexible if needed and happy for you to leave clothes etc. in the room over weekend). Rent to be paid every 4 weeks in advance.
7 days a week also considered for short term let at £200 per week.

The room comes furnished with shared use of kitchen and bathroom. If anything else is needed in the room just let me know I’m happy to try and help.

Located close to Milton park, Didcot train station, Harwell and 20 minute drive to Wantage and Williams F1. Bus stop 1 minute from property with quick routes to Milton park and Harwell campus. Shed available for bike storage. No allocated parking but visitor spaces are available and nearby on street parking.
Quiet and relaxed house looking for a non-smoking tidy professional. All Bills included apart from land line.
Happy for you to stay for the occasional weekend at the extra cost of £30 per day.
