A double room to rent in a large detached house in southern Didcot. The house has been modernised and offers two reception rooms and a large open plan kitchen / diner.

The room is south facing and catches lots of sunlight. It has fantastic views over the fields and the North Wessex Downs.

The shared family bathroom includes a bath and shower that we only occasionally use as we have an en-suite.

There is Parking available on a block paved driveway. There is a garden to the rear of the property and access to a footpath into the countryside from the back garden.

Rent includes all bills, council tax, access to wi-fi and use of white goods. TV Licence not included.

Town is a 20 minute walk, the station 25 and the local shops are just 5 minutes away.

You will be sharing with a married couple and 3 young cats.


We are a professional household that like things clean and tidy. As such we would expect you to be the same. We enjoy a tranquil and peaceful environment.

And a reminder we are looking for a non smoker and we're not looking for couples.
