I have a newly refurbished and freshly decorated double room (with new fixtures and fittings, bedding + extra bedding supplied etc) to let in a quiet home. The room is warm, clean, bright & airy. I work long hours, so leave early morning and home late evening. I am looking to share with a male or female professional person. I have 2 cats and live in a quiet cul de sac area. Parking is available outside the property for one vehicle. I live with very easy access to Milton Park and a 10 minute walk to Didcot Parkway Train Station. Also close commute to Harwell & Culham Science Parks. All bills included but not food or meals. Broadband incl. 32" Freeview TV and Ipod docking station in the room. Home being double glazed this week (hence no curtains up in the pictures). I don't mind a smoker but strictly outside. Access to shared living room, kitchen, garden & bathroom.
