We have a lovely double room with en-suite to let out to a nice person.
The room is in our modern 3-bed terraced house, which is only 12 months old, in a quiet part of town. Shops, trains and buses are all 10-20 minutes' walk away. We use the third bedroom as an office and often work from home so can sometimes be in to accept online shopping etc. Milton Park, Harwell and Culham Science Parks are all easily accessible.
We're clean and tidy and would want our housemate to be the same. We'd love to have someone who doesn't mind a friendly chat after work, maybe the odd drink down at the pub, but no doubt you'll like your own space and that's cool too. We have a friendly 3 year old dog, she's not allowed on the furniture or upstairs, so won't get in your way!
All bills included in rent including high-speed unlimited broadband. Our garden has side access if you need to store a bike.
Couples welcome for an extra £100pw.
