Large En-Suite Kingsize Bedroom in Didcot

Hi potential housemate :-)

I have a large Master bedroom to rent in a three bedroom house in a quiet part of Didcot, 15 minutes walk from the station. Off street parking is available.

The room is furnished with a Kingsize bed, bedside table and large built in wardrobe. I can arrange anything else you might want (within reason) in terms of furniture; a desk or bookshelf for example. The room comes with it's own En-suite bathroom with toilet and sink, vanity unit, and digital power shower.

You will share the house with 2 other housemates, and the kitchen, living room and dining room are shared between the three of you. You will have your own kitchen cupboards as required, and use of all appliances/cutlery etc, with your own fridge/freezer space and use of the washing machine.

Bills, council tax and broadband all included, Sky Fibre which is pretty reliable. TV in the living room with Netflix.

I am looking for a friendly, mature, open and easy going housemate who is clean and tidy, aware of their own impact, and who is considerate of others.

So what's it like here? I am a live-out landlord and have two current lodgers who have been here for a few months and seem settled, they are both working professionals who work some long hours. If you work odd shifts or are looking for a party pad then this probably isn't the place for you. It's a detached property in a cul-de-sac location so you will find it quiet and relaxing.

I do not live in the house full time, but I come and go regularly, mainly to check on Monty my cat who lives in the property, so if you aren't a cat person, or don't like animals around, then respectfully this isn't going to be the right place for you. Monty is very friendly and affectionate and I want people who will enjoy his company and treat him with respect.

I like the place to feel like a home, so it's important you enjoy living here too. I don't really like rules, but there are a few things to bear in mind:
-I am not looking for couples, just single individuals, so please do not waste your time by asking.
-Deposit of £550 is payable in full before you move in, with rent paid monthly in advance. Deposit will be returned to you when you leave, subject to the room and furniture being left in a good clean condition.
-No shoes are worn in the house, in the interests of hygiene and cleanliness. I need you to respect this, and if it's not something you would be prepared to adhere to, then please look elsewhere.

The room is available immediately, but I am looking for the right person to share my home with, and before this sounds too much like a dating profile, I'll leave it there!
