My housemate Beccy and I are looking to share our beautiful house with another professional.

We're both scientists and spend quite a lot of time out of the house either socialising or travelling, but we do also enjoy a good movie or series in the evenings.

The room on offer is a double room equipped with a built in wardrobe, bed and optional shelving unit on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has two brand new windows (installed Feb 24) with double glazed insulation.
The house has a unique bright design with an open plan living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 communal full bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. It has a utility room, garden with a shed for bike storage and free parking on the road. You will also have your own parking space off-road behind the house (through a narrow alley mind you). The kitchen is well equipped with a gas range, large fridge and air fryer, and there is a small office space for the occasional WFH days.
There is a bus stop 2 mins away where the X2 runs which will take you to Abingdon, Oxford centre, Milton park, or Didcot parkway train station, and there is a lovely dog park (Millennium Green) round the back which is great for running or stretching your legs.
