The room includes a brand new bed/mattress (with bedding), large wardrobe and desk. There is a bathroom next to the room that will be shared with one other person.
Use of kitchen facilities: microwave, oven, air fryer, kettle, toaster, cupboard space, fridge/freezer space provided.
Rent to be paid in full, one month in advance and a £550 deposit required, which will be refunded on departure once the room is inspected for any damage. Rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi).
This is for a Mon-Fri let for professionals only and you will be the only tenant.
