We have a downstairs double room on the ground floor with private shower room to let in our lovely house. The room is very private as our living room, kitchen and other bedrooms are on the first and second floor. The double room is quite small but as well as a double bed it has a cupboard and table. Also a small fridge and kettle. There is good size shower room. There is also a lobby that can be used for extra storage.
We have a beautiful house at the edge of the village, very close to the cycle route to Harwell. We have a large garden so the location is very quiet but only 5 mins walk to the village pubs and the bus stop. We have a large garage which can be used for bike storage. We have a large drive with plenty of off street parking. A tenant may use our kitchen and washing machine.
The room is being vacated on Sunday 8 September but can be viewed from 24 August
We are an active, friendly retired couple. The house is sometimes quite full when our family visit. We have a dog and a cat.
