The studio is completely detached from the owner’s house and has it’s own entrance, vegetable plot/ herb garden and courtyard area, with rattan furniture and a small table for al fresco meals. There is ample parking on the quiet roadway outside.
The accommodation comprises Small double bed and lounge area, Galley Kitchen area, Shower room, loft space for storage.
The studio is small and compact, but very cosy. It is like a room in a shared house, but in it’s own house!
Electricity and water bills and council tax all included. Wi Fi available.
A washing machine/ dryer is available for use in the owner’s house.
The village of Cassington has two pubs, (one which serves food) within a two-minute walk. There is a bus stop on the main A40 (ten-minute walk) with buses to Oxford and Witney.
