I have a modern fully furnished 2 bedroomed top floor flat on the second floor of a modern block of flats.

I'm looking to share with someone who has similar interests and likes.

The flat is near to the A420 with easy access to the M4 and M40 to Oxford and Swindon. Waitrose, Aldi, Costa and Tesco are all within walking distance, with a petrol station and Spar 400 meters away.

There is a dedicated parking space.

The room has a double bed and a wardrobe/chest of drawers. There is a lovely bathroom adjacent which you would have sole use of. The fully furnished lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen.

I enjoy cooking, going to the nearby gym, cars and music.

I'm looking for someone that will respect my privacy when needed as I have to study some evenings and also to help to keep the flat tidy and clean.
