The room is a large en suite attic conversion in a spacious and characterful 3 bedroom maisonette a couple of mins walk from Faringdon town centre. There is a nice communal garden shared with three friendly neighbors. with decking and adequate parking, There is reliable broadband and a cosy living room with a large flat screen TV and music system, and well kitted out kitchen which you are welcome to use as much as you like. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a shower and spa bath. The room is available Monday to Friday and would suit somebody who is working in the area.. As far as a potential new resident goes I am a pretty easy going sort and would welcome interest from all ages/genders/orientations etc, I am equally happy with someone quiet or sociable :-) Please feel free to message if you have any questions.
