Large bedroom for rent. Bedroom includes a sitting area with tv, kitchenette and ensuite. Room comes with a designated parking space on the drive and shared use of the large kitchen and garden.

We are situated in a quite cul-de-sac of central Faringdon, within a 10 minute walk from Tesco and the local pubs.

Martin is a site manager and Pip works in a local supermarket.

We are pretty easy going people and will welcome whomever requires a room to rent.

We would prefer to rent the room to a professional person. You will be required to keep the room clean and tidy and will have use of hoover and washing machine once a week.
