Detached house on quiet cul-de-sac walking distance from centre of Faringdon, a sweet market town on the edge of the Cotswolds. Faringdon has lots of pubs, restaurants, take-aways and a leisure centre. There is an Aldi, Waitrose and small Tesco for shopping. Just off the A420, Faringdon offers easy access to both Oxford and Swindon by car or S6 bus (5 minute walk from the house) and half an hour drive from Didcot/Oxford Parkway and fast rail to London. Road links are A420 and easy access to the A34 and M4.

Owner/occupier is professional lady working for a charity Other occupants are two cats, Bootsie & Snudge, so tenant must LOVE cats!

Sole use of double bedroom with glass-fronted wardrobe; shared use of modern bathroom with shower, modern kitchen, sitting room, conservatory and garden. Safe parking outside house on quiet cul-de-sac.

Preferred tenant will be Monday-Friday occupancy includes bills and wi-fi; I can also include bed linen and towels if necessary. Cost would be £450. Am prepared to negotiate on fewer/extra nights/occasional weekends to suit work pattern.

If you need 7 night occupancy then the cost will be £550 ppm.

Am seeking a reliable, trustworthy person who is perhaps on secondment for a job and looking for comfortable, quiet accommodation. Will consider short or long term person who is based locally but living elsewhere.
