Monday-Friday let (4 nights or 3 nights per week) of a quirky but very lovely 250 year old SELF-CONTAINED octagonal annexe (double bedroom and living room) attached to a Grade II Listed Cottage with its own front door.

Fantastic octagonal sitting room (exclusively for your use) with woodburner and large sliding sash windows overlooking the garden. Separate double bedroom with open contemporary wet room and underfloor heating.

The annexe front door is exclusively for your use (accessed through the owners' garden). A small kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven, kettle and toaster but no kitchen sink (there's a basin and washstand in the bedroom).

The owners house is attached but with its own front door. They have a child and a very friendly dog and chickens.

The property is lovely, old and very charming in a quiet, rural yet convenient location.

Looking for Mon-Fri occupancy only - so 4 nights per week Monday night-Friday morning. We'd be up for considering 3 nights per week at £450/month. We would be looking for rent payable monthly in advance at the start of each month. All bills included.

We use the sitting room at weekends and the bedroom for guests on occasional weekends. You can store a small amount of things but this best suits someone who works nearby in the week and travels home after work on a Friday. Sorry we are not looking to rent full time (7 nights) and this is for single occupancy.

Close to Henley in a quiet spot near the Thames. Bus every 20 mins to Henley (5 mins), Marlow (15 mins), High Wycombe (30 min) and Reading (35 min).
