Quirky converted studio cabin all to yourself. It was a music studio originally so downstairs is soundproofed. Very large living room, loft style bedroom, galley kitchen, compact shower room and lawned area.

Short term rental will be charged at a higher rate similar to holiday booking sites but without their fee on top. Minimum stay 1 month at £1800 all inclusive, subsequent months £1600.

It looks small from the outside but the living space extends further than you can see from the front. The photos are all taken on an iPhone and not manipulated in any way, however the teal covered ottoman in the living room photo is now replaced with a coffee table.

This is a separate living unit but all inclusive as not metered. Please consider electric fair usage. This would not suit someone working from home due to heating costs and the amount apportioned to the rent. If you wish to work from home an amount to put towards the heating in colder months can be negotiated.

Set within 0.65 of an acre gardens.

Very private aspect and private parking (for two cars available on request).

Use of washing machine and drier in the main house utility area (key supplied) and is shared useage. Using the drier often may incur a charge due to electricity prices.

All electric heating with fair usage agreement.

Bedroom is a lofted area, all clothes long hanging is downstairs.

One small pet considered, no smoking.

Available mid January perhaps sooner, for 3-5 months. Not a permanent residence and rented on an extended occupancy basis.

On agreeing an arrival date a 50% deposit will be required and the rest on the day of moving in.
