Room to rent in central Henley on Thames

Our spare room is available for rent to a professional female from 24th January 2025.
It's been freshly painted with new carpets just over a year ago. It is fully furnished with a single bed that can be pulled out into a double. Loads of wardrobe/ storage space in the room. 10 minute walk into town, and if you don't drive, our property is 30 seconds away from the train station. We also have a garden.
Bathroom has a bath/ shower, which is shared.
We are clean, quiet people who work full time.
We have 3 Guinea pigs and an indoor/ outdoor cat. Therefor, we cannot accept someone with other pets and we are looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing with our furry family - they're very loveable!
