Double Room to Rent in Henley-on-Thames

Double room available in Henley-on-Thames, on Upton Close, just by the train station. Plenty of parking. House has a living room, dining room, and a bathroom shared with one other flatmate.

Room is becomming available as it is currently my home office, but I'm moving out into rented offices instead.

Room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is well furnished. Bills aren't included, but split between three comes in at a smidge over £100pcm.

Room is available from April 6th, and the new tenant would need to be referenced by the letting agency for proof of income etc. etc. Current household is two guys, aged 24 and 37. One full time rower, and the other a retired rower/business owner. It's a sociable house, but a real 'early to bed, early to rise' kind of place as we both do a lot of work/sport, ideally we're looking for someone compatible with that.
