Fully Furnished En-suite Single room in Church way, Iffley Road. The room is available from early May onward for a let of either 2 months to end June or longer let up to 31st August. This could be extendable into the following academic year.

The Room is fully furnished with student desk /computer work desk /single bed /wardrobe and a lot of storage space. It is ensuite - it has its own Bathroom with shower / sink / toilet and storage. Both room and bathroom are fully centrally heated.

There is both wired and wireless fast internet, and you have access to modern kitchen with all facilities including gas cooking/ microwave/ fridge/ separate freezer/ washing machine/ and your own large food storage cupboard.

There are lockable bike mounts and free off-street parking facilities. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes and there is a cycle track to city centre (12min).

The house is very secure, and is managed as a quiet house and has a resident (British) house-owner. I have one other international student in residence. I am looking for someone who will be at college, labs or work Mon to Fri. minimum most office hours.. I work from home in my own business so this is my main criteria.

The total rent is £650 including all bills and including internet. Small cleaning deposit and you pay your month rent halfway through the previous month. I am looking for a male international student, researcher, professional, or language Student ( I am a friendly British guy and if you are a language student then happy to help you improve your english with good conversation).
