We are a quiet and carefree household. There is one toilet, one shower and toilet and one shower so there won’t be queues to use the facilities. Its a quiet street and cycle parking is available. Landlord is prompt to respond and purchased a new gas stove/ oven just recently. Bills amount to about £100 but with summer coming, that will probably go down as well.
