Conveniently located in a friendly neighbourhood near Cowley and Iffley roads, green-space (Aston's Eyot) and the river, bus stops, and a comfortable 20 min walk into Oxford centre. Large kitchen, living room, and garden. Plus, plentiful storage space in the basement and a free office room.

The room:
The room is upstairs on the mid floor of the house, facing onto a leafy residential street. It is very spacious and gets plenty of natural light. Furnished with two bookshelves, a small chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. A large chest of drawers, bed (which also has large drawers), and mattress is available to buy for an additional £160.

You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate (as the other housemate has an ensuite).

Deposit for this room is £700 and bills (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax) would be on top of rent, and average around £170 per month.

The housemates: You will be sharing the house with an Italian biology postdoc and a British chemistry postdoc. Overall, we would like to have a relaxed, social, and respectful home environment.
