Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to take my place in our 4 bed professional house share as sadly I'm moving from Oxford for work.
The house is a 4 bed with 2 bathrooms (which makes life easier in the mornings) and a garage that we all use to store bikes in.
The other housemates (2 males and 1 female) are all pretty relaxed and chill out in the common areas most evenings.
The Room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
The kitchen has been recently refitted and has sliding doors that open out on to the garden which makes it ideal for BBQs in the summer.
We have really good broadband and Sky TV.
There's on street parking which doesn't require a permit and you can always find space.
If you're interested please give me a shout and we can arrange a time for you to look around the house and meet the other housemates.
I've set the availability as the 17th as this is when rent is due but chances are I will be out of the room earlier than this so there is some flexibility if you need.
