I have a large double room available in a beautiful Edwardian house located in a very popular Oxford location. I am looking for a professional to join the house (no students please!)
Subletting from me while I travel in Asia. Flexible with dates

All bills included, including 1GB Internet speed, and products like washing up liquid, sponges, bins bags, cleaning products, toilet paper.

The property is in an excellent location; the house is located a minutes walk away from Cowley Road shops (2 supermarkets) along with lots of bars/pubs and is 15 minutes from Oxford City centre. There is a bus stop very close by and there are buses to town every 10-15 minutes.

The house currently compromise of 5 occupants, 1 male, 4 female.
Since we have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, you share each with 2 people only.
We are all professionals are sociable and get on very well. The house has two bathrooms, two kitchens, a washer/dryer.

I am looking for a fellow professional who is clean and tidy.
