Furnished room in Jericho

One of our housemates is sadly moving out and we are looking for a replacement to move in June (although there might be some flexibility). The property is managed by Lucy Properties - who are great!

About the house: it’s a 5 bed, 2 bathroom house, fully furnished with washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining table, bath etc. It has really modern furniture, a private garden and bike storage.

The rent is £645 + £93 in bills (£738 total) which includes wifi, water, gas, council tax, etc.., with enough to also cover cleaning products, toilet roll etc.

We are currently two postgraduate students, a part-time professional/student, and one young professional (soon to be student) in their mid to late twenties with lots of great hobbies: running, cooking, music, painting, travelling. You will feel at home straight away, and would be hard pushed to find better housemates or a better (or cleaner) houseshare. We all have busy lives and work hard but equally enjoy a glass of wine, meal or exploring Oxford all together when we can, so we’re looking for someone with a similar dynamic.

Ideally we would welcome a female, postgraduate student so that we can be exempt from paying council tax after September. Ideally we are also looking for someone to stay for at least a year.

About the location: The house is in the heart of Jericho with loads of bars, pubs and restaurants just a 2 min walk away. Plus we're only a 10 min walk from the city centre and train station too which is ideal.
