The current flatmates are young professionals working in the area and are lovely and sociable individuals. Bills are not included, but come to roughly another £100 a month (note for students: this includes council tax that we ask everyone to contribute to). This tenancy is until May 2020 in the first instance, with the option to extend after that point.

Sorry for the mad dash turnaround, but Lucy Properties need the name of the new tenant by this Friday 18th October (!!). As such, we are holding viewings on Wednesday and Thursday 16/17th October from 6pm.
Please note, you will need to be able to attend a viewing to meet the flatmates and then be able to commit to a tenancy in principle this Friday.
