A double room is available in our 4 bed terraced house in the heart of Jericho. The house is nicely furnished, with homely sitting room, good sized kitchen and really nice garden. The rooms are on the ground floor and raised lower ground and come with all the necessary furnishings.
We're looking for one either male or female professionals aged between 25-40, keen to have drinks and dinner together from time to time. You would be sharing with Suze, 35, British, female, very active (surf, kayak, run, swim), sociable, who loves the great ourdoors and Lauren, who is Australian, and Grace who is British.
The rent is £611 and bills are approximately £100 per month. Deposit is £450. The room is available from 1st June for the remaining 3 months of a contract, and potential to extend after that.
