Spacious double bedroom in Jericho

A large quiet double bedroom in a beautiful shared terraced house in Jericho is available to rent long-term from 28 June 2021 for £625 per month. The move in date is flexible (until Mid-July 2021). We are seeking a young professional (29-39) to share with three other professional graduates. The room faces the back of the house onto a quiet garden. You’ll have drawers, a large closet to store your items, a working desk, and a comfortable bed with storage space underneath it. You would only share the bathroom (ground floor) with one person (there are two bathrooms in the house), and there is another toilet you can use as well on the first floor.

The kitchen and dining area is renovated and light-filled and opens onto an open-plan living area and a backyard which is perfect for summer barbeques. There is a dishwasher, a good washer/dryer machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

We are clean and tidy, respectful, and sociable young professionals (2 girls, one guy) and are looking for the same. We are multi-national - English, and French-American. The agent Lucy’s (also the landlord) has its headquarters a couple of streets away. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have never charged us for repairs, and may be able to provide or remove extra furniture if needed.

You should be ready to sign the lease by June at the latest. The rent is very reasonable for this part of Oxford. Bills are ~£90 per month.
