Bright double room in Jericho

Hi! My name is Marietta and I have a lovely bright double room to fill in a large 2-bed house in Jericho. Available for move in around the start of September (or earlier if desired).

The house is spacious and light, with two reception rooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a small conservatory and an enclosed garden. The house has been nicely furnished, but the double room will come unfurnished. One of the reception rooms has a sofa-bed and the potential to be used as office space.

I myself am a postdoc at the University of Oxford. I play piano and cello, like good food, some conversation, and a regular walk. I value maintaining a space that feels like home (ie lots of plants and regular cleaning) and I approach life with a generally Christian outlook. During Covid, I've been living fairly religiously by the covid-regulations (thinking in possibilities, but not taking liberties) and would expect the same of you, in case of new restrictions.

I'm looking for someone who will be around for the 2022-2023 academic year, with a possibility to renew. Bills, broadband and council tax amount to about 225 per person a month.
