Room available in a 3-bedroom Jericho house

A room available starting from mid-May in the shared house in Jericho with a total of three bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is 10-15 mins walk from the city center with most of the departments and colleges, 10-15 mins walk from the train station, 3 mins walk from Jericho hospital and Oxford University press, 5-10 mins walk from Port Meadow. This is one of the best locations in Oxford - it is vibrant and peaceful at the same time, with lots of young professionals living in the area.

The house is located in a gated area, it is newly built and is warm in winter and very comfortable in summer. It has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of natural sunlight. There is also a shared living room upstairs adjacent to the kitchen that has a TV area with 2 sofas, a bigger table and bookcase.

The available room is £780 per month, plus bills around £150 per month per person - this includes council tax, energy, water, wifi, and professional cleaning services for shared spaces delivered every 2 weeks. This room is located downstairs, and has a double bed. The future tenant will be sharing a bathroom with one more person (the third tenant is staying in an en-suite room). The initial arrangement will be from 10-ish of May until the end of September with a possibility of further renewal.

The remaining residents (M, 30, M, 25) are a postdoc at the university doing research in physics and a professional working in finance sector. They enjoy travel, reading, socialising and exploring various events in Oxford and London.

We seek professional, aged 25-40, who is responsible, tidy (both are strong requirements), open about communicating any issues early, respects personal space, and proactive in maintaining the household.
